I have a 3-year job contract offer from a Canadian company. I'm trying to figure out how to apply as a professional under CUSMA online or by mail from within Canada since the offices are closed and I don't want to risk crossing the border to apply as, if it's denied, I won't be let back in.
I can find only scarce references to CUSMA on the Immigration Canada, and absolutely zero info to what form I should be using to apply. This seems like rather basic info, but either I'm a very poor searcher or it's simply not there.
Could someone please advise which form I should be using? Or even better, is there a way to apply online for this? Thank you!
