Currently on Post Graduate Work Permit and going to be second Spouse! Plz advice

I am on Post Graduate Work Permit now and my relatives find me a girl who came 2 years ago in Canada in Marriage Case... Some how she didn't get along with her first husband and they got divorced.... And my relatives are saying that they can talk about me to that girl ... So I am confused that if i get married with that girl what rules will be applied to me as a second spouse....
What are the rules to sponsor a second spouse? If my work permit expires do i have go back to my country and have to wait for 5 years to come back... Please explain me the rules I read on cic website but i am still confused...

If she got her PR through spousal 2 years ago, she will have to wait another 3 years to sponsor anyone via the spousal category.

I heard from relatives that she came on point base with her first husband.... Still she can't supponser anyone till 5 years ?

By "point base" do you mean EE? If so, I honestly don't know if that's any different, someone else will have to answer.

If she immigrated WITH HIM, then there is no restriction on sponsoring.

If she was sponsored BY HIM, then she must wait out the 5 year period before sponsoring.

She came here 2 years ago... And EE started in 2015 so i think this is not EE she came on point system like in old system you had to earn 63 points or something like that...I am talking to her relatives to get more information about her immigration so that I can answer... As soon as possible i will information and post here so i can get more information... Thanks a lot guys for your answers ... If anybody know about old system plz give us information

That would be the Federal Skilled Worker program, which means they immigrated together and she can sponsor you.
