I just visited Quebec official website and I found that,

Currently no selection interview for Quebec for applicants from Pakistan and from some other countries ??

Hi, it means that they are currently not selecting applicants from Pakistan. Yesterday they updated their timetable for processing and still no interview for Pakistan. have to wait for the next update which may be in Sept.
