I am a 30 year old with a B.Tech and an MBA from India, applying for EE. I had worked as a software developer after my B.Tech for a little over 3 years, and have been at my current post-MBA managerial position for a little less than 3 years. Give that both jobs have different NOC codes ( software developer and manager) , will I be able to somehow show a cumulative work-ex of 6 years?
If not, I think should I go with a reference letter for my current job or my software developer job? I am yet to complete 3 years in my current job and would hence be losing some CRS points. However, would it be okay if I go with a reference letter from my software developer job, which I quit in 2013 May? I'm not sure how it will be viewed by the immigration authorities. Advice welcome.
