Current CEC Processing, Explained (2022-2023)

My BGC changed to In process since April 19, and Eligibility is still showing as Not started. How about you guys? Is there some updates?

I am in same condition now, any updates for you?

I wonder how long it would take to process background check.
I paid right of permanent resident and I am glad to recieve the pre-arrival service letter even though pre-arrival service letter doesn't mean my papers get approved. I got the pre arrival letter as well as Schedule A... police certificate request at the same time. Does it mean that my PR processing is almost done?

Hi Guys, I am new to the thread and here’s my timeline:
CEC Inland
AOR: Mar 3rd
Medical passed: 22nd March
Biometrics linked (old biometric from student visa)
BGC: In progress since April 19th
Eligibility: Completed on tracker on May 16th

Can someone please confirm if Eligibility completed on tracker means that I passed my eligibility? Thanks.

Finally my Background verification status has been updated to Completed after 6 months. And I was asked to re-submit LOE with job descriptions which was missing previously.

The Eligibility is showing as 'Not Started' but I have already re-submitted the LOE with JD within 2 days of their request.

Can I expect the Eligibility and the PPR to be completed by end of June ?

haven't tried calling, send a GCMC note and web forum about 2 months ago, but heard nothing

LOE for your Canadian work experience or prior work experience? its honestly hard to say on the timeline
