Hi guys. I am a refugee claimant living in BC right now, and I'm planning to move to Montreal a week after my hearing(if it is positive) due to the high cost of living in this province. So, I heard that there is a new law saying that I need to pass an exam in French in order to get my CSQ as a refugee. Is it true or I just have tp apply for CSQ the same time as I apply for PR and there is no need for tests in French?
Also, the form CSQ for refugees is only in French, how did you guys do it because I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who is not completely fluent in French to fill out that form?

Very interesting I'm a refugee, first lived in Montreal then moved to BC and now after a year and half I'm going back due to the high cost of living.
I have a csq I'll I had to do is apply. There's talk the new government means to make people take tests. But As of now I don't think that's a thing
