I'm a little bit confused here! I hope someone can help.
My husband finished a Master's degree at McGill. He will apply for residency in Quebec with the PEQ DIPLOMÉ.
I am a tourist. I asked for my work permit in July, but I haven't received any answer yet. He is going to include me in his PEQ application. I am in Canada right now and planning to return to my Country as I always do. ( I come here as a visitor once a year for 4-5 months) If my husband includes me in his application, will be there any problem for me if I leave Canada? Can I enter again with no problems? People say that I should NOT leave the country but what can I do here if I don't have a work permit?
