I am a protected person (Conventional Refugee) in Ontario, I am accepted to Concordia university which is in Montreal, Quebec.
My question is what are the requirements in order to study in Quebec?
As I have contacted Quebec immigration several times every call center staff is giving me totally different answer. *one is telling me to apply for CAQ, when I apply it gets rejected coz I am a refugee *other one is telling me to apply for study permit and that also gets reject coz I dont have CSQ *others are telling me to apply for CSQ.
I have heard that I should transfer my file to Quebec and then I will get CSQ
1- Can someone please tell me how can I transfer my file to Quebec?
2- When I transfer my file to Quebec will it be started from the beginning, I mean I have applied for PR since 1 year will this 1 year be finished and PR application process will be started from the beginning?
