Hi! I'm currently working on Quebec on a PGWP that will be expiring 2017. I intend to apply for permanent residency as soon as I complete the required French courses certified by the Quebec government. However my level 6 class will finish about a month before my PGWP expires. As a graduate I can apply for my CSQ under the PEQ program so the application will be processed quickly. However, is there any way of extending my PGWP or obtaining a new work permit in case my csq application takes longer than expected? My passport will also be expiring three months after my PGWP expires, could this negatively effect my CSQ application?
