Did JANE study full-time for at least 8 months to earn this degree, diploma or certificate? (required)
NO

So it should be YES.

Hello there,

I know this is little bit OT, but here it goes.

I recently (4 months ago) got my work permit approval with LMIA and after some time back i got a minor promotion with a "Senior" appended to to my existing designation which was there when I got the work permit. There was no change in my Job role or my NOC code. It's exactly the same job i have been doing for years. Now I want to apply for my PR but wondering whether that will be an issue when I add my work history.

If I don't add the LMIA, there is a huge impact on the CRS score (50 points), which kinda messup up my chances.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

You studied at Western so it's a yes for the first bullet. This question isn't limited to Quebec and you've interpreted it incorrectly. The only Quebec reference in the first bullet is for CEGEPs. The question asks if you studied at a public school. Answer is yes. Western is a public university.
