How old is your stepson? If 21 now, when does he turn 22?

I would be careful with the slow moving bit depending on when he turns 22. The complete application needs to be submitted before he turns 22. If you're going the PNP route, you'll need to wait for the nomination to be approved before you can move forward with submitting the full application which will lock in his age.

Yeah understand all that, thanks again. I just meant that I don't mind if it takes a bit longer than Federal Express Entry. I plan on starting the the BC PNP next month, then go from there.
Just told my firm I need the job offer after Labor Day, which won't be an issue.

He turns 21yrs old in February 2022. So I would hope we would be able to apply for PR in 2022, which lines up with him graduating in 2023 and the year he has to come, if approved................
