crs score 440,can i get oinp?

my crs score is 440
noc code 2173
1+ year of canadian work experience still working in the same company in canada

have a valid job offer but is lmia exempt, under pgwp (open work permit) valid till 2017 november

have masters degree from canada

i just created my express entry profile and mentioned province interested to live in is ontario

shows met cec criteria

no nomination at this time

is there anything else i need to fill to get the nomination or just wait till the province send me a notification?

what are the chances of getting oinp

i am waiting in the pool since 4 months
now i am impatient

do i have chances of getting nomination or should i still work on my ielts score?

It's hard for any of us to guess if you can expect a nomination or what the chances are. OINP has been closed for some time and we don't know if there will be any rule or criteria changes when it reopens.

For OINP, there's really nothing you can do but wait for the program to reopen.
