CRS Score 410 - offered Job recently

I am currently waiting in the express entry pool with CRS Score of 410 and haven't received an invitation to apply yet. Last week a reputed company from Ottawa has offered me a job and willing to sponsor LMIA and wait for me to join while LMIA is being processed. My initial contract will be for one year leading to a full time role permanent position at the end of year.

My question is : -

Once LMIA is approved how can I leverage ( considering my LMIA and express entry profile will have same NOC code) to PR purpose ? and how many points it can give ?

Also, while filling LMIA - is anything specific required to be filled to levrage those points for PR purposes ?

Damn, I was thinking 200 points will be easy to get....looks like I am only going to get 50 which will take my score to 458....

I work in Cybersecurity side of IT and currently in India. I have my ex colleagues who found this position in Canada and referred there. They were finding aomeone local for last one year and couldn't fill the role.

My buddy working at MPAC in Ontario got a LMIA based job offer. I heard they are working on sponsoring other guys too. Try the company

Oh neat, me too (USA). I'm focused more on the GRC side of InfoSec. What's your area of specialty? I once was in the tech circle but after getting the CISSP, never returned lol.
