I think there are way more ppl from 450 to 452 because the crs dropped to 453 twice since October but it hasn't gone below that.

I am at 450. But should get to 460 in a week or so.

I would be dumbstruck to get an ITA at 450 ;D

My observation is 2 draws are happening per month with approx 1000 itas and crs of approx 470. How would I ever get an ita at 452? When I improved my score from 446 to 452, I was on cloud 9 thinking that I have nailed express entry system but I am feeling very disappointed and hopeless today.

Dont lose hope. Score may come down in coming draws. Also look for pnp opportunities.

The scores will go down - it is a given. It's a matter of time.

The number of invites have to go up - most likely in May/June and then we would hit 450s again. I don't like the PNP route because of the timings. Ontario is the only province where I can find ample employment in my field of work. And Ontario takes a zillion years to give a PNP. Or best best is as an FSW candidate. However, people who are anxious and would probably lose points and slip down from 450, should wait for Ontario.

And lets not be so negative. Cheer Up!

Are you currently in Canada? If so, you may find an employer to support your LMIA (also grant you 600 points)

I hope reduction in number of ITAs is temporary. Hope they increase number of ITAs once they complete the express entry review.

You don't get positive LMIA for common jobs such as project management.

Guys, don't feed false hopes. Liberals cut quota for FSW and CEC by 20% for 2016, that's the reason for decreased number of ITA per draw. It won't get back to 1500 this year.
So I'd suggest to pursue provincial nomination.
