With that score you have no chance.
Some suggestions to improve your CRS score:
1) Have you maxed out on language scores? If not please try to improve your scores.
2) Do you know a second language of French and can you read, write, and speak it fluently? If yes, maybe worth taking the French test.
3) If you have international qualifications, have you got an ECA for any or all of them?
4) Do you have more than 1 year of foreign and/or Canadian work experience? If yes, and you document them properly your CRS may increase.
