Crs 370 for express entry

Hi all
I have done my masters from India with work experience of 4+ years.I have 2 kids n a spouse he is not gonna write ielts and my ielts score in L-7
S-6.5
W-6.5
R-6
ECA through wes has come as 4 years bachelor degree and 1 years pg diploma which has reduced my 7 points now plz suggest me how to proceed further and in what pnps I'm eligible
Few are asking Me to go for ECA AGAIN THROUGH CES should I go for it or not necessary?? It will give me 7 points if I go for eca again ..suggest please

Yes im getting 72 points as my brother is a citizen of canada

So you need to increase your CRS score. You will not get an ITA. You need 470+ for express entry. For Ontario, you need around 440 or more.

Maybe Alberta. The province has focused on inland, with LMIA or with family living in the province. Score is still low. Your NOC is ineligible for Saskatchewan. All other provinces require job offer.

Would suggest your spouse to also write IELTS and have the Education assessed to add points from the spouse side. As for your current IELTS, it can be massively improved which will push your score past 400 for a chance at PNP (Ontario maybe)
What is your Master's in ? IQAS and CES may evaluate your Master's to Canadian Equivalent but that also means a high waiting time.
