Crossing with car from USA

Hello, I have a PR in Canada, and currently gonna cross border from US to start living in Canada. I have not listed my car in list of things that I'm gonna import to Canada in CoPR. Now can I add my car to list during crossing or should be paying the import tax? Has anyone been is similar situation? Thanks in advance for your answers

You’ll need to export it from the US and make sure it’s in compliance with Canadian requirements before bring it across.
