Criminal record question

Criminal record will be older than 3 months on Apr 28, if CIC receives my application during the sponsor evaluation stage before this date, will I still be ok? Or is the sponsored spouse's VO supposed to receive it before Apr 28?

As long CIC receives the application during the sponsor evaluation stage before April 28th, you will be ok. They put a lock-in date when the package is received.
