Criminal police report for northern cyprus

Hello everyone. I used a Lawyer to get the police certificate for Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, I have done my biometrics and medical. Only for me to receive a message that Canada doesn’t recognise TRNC, what can I do. I have sent a letter of explanation and other documents through web form. Can anyone suggest what else to be done?

I am currently in this situation, I got biometrics done, I got my pre arrival service email, and now they said the police clearance certificate I submitted is not acceptable, because I clicked Cyprus on the country drop down list since I couldn’t find TRNC. What do I do? Have you been able to deal with your situation?

Did you submitted the updated TRNC police certificate? If yes then write a detailed letter of explanation with link to Wikipedia to explain the difference between Turkish Northern Cyprus and South Cyprus
