Creditcard stolen-Change pay method before AOR?

It is good to see more and more Dec_2013 folks receive their AOR.
My application was reached at CIC 27, DEC.
So, my AOR day might be around 15, Feb.

However, couple of days ago I noticed my credit card's information was stolen
,duplicated and somebody withdraw $190 in Oakland.
I don't know which one was leaking point,,,i-tunes, e-bay,,,?
When they tried 2nd time TD VISA blocked transaction and,,,
close my credit card which will be charged for CEC application fee.
Unless change/update pay method my application might be considered as insufficient fee case, and returned.
I'll get my new card Tuesday, and I want to do something to update my pay method.
But, I don't know send just updated IMM5620E with my UCI to CIC even without ECAS works, or not?
Any advice will be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that. but unfortunately you can't do any thing. I was in similar situation too earlier. I sent the new payment information almost twice, emailed CEC too, but nothing happen.

Don't panic, there won't be any processing on your file. I know you lost almost 2 months but as soon as your receive the application back, send it again.

Make sure you pay online and attach the receipt this time. Don't trust these credit card.

Online payment is no longer an option for CEC.

Use a bank draft or money order.

Frankly I'm not sure why anyone chooses the credit card option - it's as dumb as a personal cheque, having to remember to keep enough money in your account and try not to get hacked.
