Credential consideration

Please advice on whether the 2 following qualifications are valid under the 2 certificated or more category.;

Certificate IV in University Foundation Studies ( MIBT- Australia)
Level 4 Professional Certificate in Marketing (CIM-UK)

PS: I have already completed a 3 yesr degree.

Kindly assist me on the above urgently.
