Creating Express Entry Profile with Low IELTS Score

Hi Team,
I have score of about S:5.5, L:7, R:7, W:6.5. I'm trying to increase my score in parallel but is that ok to create the express entry profile prior hand? With my current IELTS score above, i'm getting 405 as my score. I have the WES credential ready as well.

Kindly let me know is it ok to create the Express entry profile. ?

Yes it is perfectly normal. you can change your score in profile once you increase in your subsequent attempts and your profile will reflect new score.
