Creating EE profile - WES ECA updation

i tried creating my EE profile..but while adding education history,it never asked for ECA details...so I ended up adding my Bachelors and Masters from India,but without being able to mention the WES ECA status.

when is the WES ECA report is asked...? is it only post ITA...? while filing eAPR...??

please help....

At time of filling Education in EE profile, it asks if you have got your education credentials validated from one of the authorized organizations. ECA number and date is to be provided there. Just revisit the page to check if you selected yes to the question "have you got your education verified...."

What if you answer "NO" to the question "have you got your education credentials validated from one of the authorized organizations?". Would I be able to submit the EE profile?
I am asking this as my ECA is 'in progress' and it would take time to be completed.
