Hi All,

I'm a US Citizen, married to a Canadian and working in the U.S. I'm on a visitor record and have no income attributed to Canada. I resided in the USA for over 6 months of the year and have been in both countries for over 182 days. I believe that I would be considered a resident to Canada due to significant ties (1 primary, 1 secondary) but would be a non-resident due to being a factual permanent resident of the U.S. and working in the US. I am not allowed to work or study in Canada based on entry conditions. Any ideas if a tax return is needed?
