CRA tax return delay

Hi guys. I need to find out if anyone is experiencing any delay in receiving tax return. It's exactly 4 weeks and a day since I applied through an agent. But according to her, it's still under processing. This looks abnormal to me. Any advice, please.

Seems pretty normal to me. I've had refunds take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months to process. Unfortunately there's really not much you can do but wait.

First time? First time filers takes a while.
I got my refund one week after using studiotax.

Yes - that's a very good point. First time filing typically takes longer to process.
