Good day,
so today i got a letter in the mail stating that CRA is reviewing my account. I have to send in some documents or else my CCB will be stopped.

The first set of documents i need to send in is for my residence. They say either property tax if I'm a home owner or landlord letter if renting. I don't have any of that! We are living with my mother, and have been for all of the review period! However, one of the things they won't accept is a letter from family. So i have no idea what to send in for proof. I don't have a drivers license, or I'd probably be able to send that in. What would be sufficient evidence in that case? I'm thinking maybe a bank statement, or a hospital bill?

Another thing i need is a letter from my kids school....but we homeschool! I think i can get away with their dr letter in that case...maybe their health cards too. I also have the receipt from their cic medical exams as well.

Anybody else have a similar situation...or have any tips or advice? It would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you!

What about pay stubs. bank records, utility bills, etc. Given that you don't have either of the required information you will have to provide tons of information. Exit and entry records from CBSA may be something else. Has your family been out of the country for the requested period?

I can get bank records for sure...but i'm a stay at home mom so no pay stubs, unfortunately. And since we are staying with my mother to save for a home...no utility bills either. But, i do have a cell phone, maybe i can get a receipt of that. We haven't left the country since we got here in October 2017! I do get mail at this address, but i don't know if that would be sufficient.

Thanks so much for the feedback :)

I didn't even think of that. Since the letter was directed to me I I thought that excluded any of his info...but if it would help I can definitely get those.

I am going to call the number on the letter again tomorrow, so I will ask about that as well. I didn't get through to them today.

Are you living together? Some of his employment information must contain his home address. Also bank/credit car statement showing regular purchases in Canada that are child-related,
