Can I use Canada Revenue Agency contract job towards my experience for Canadian experience class? They will provide employment confirmation letter, however, it will not contain job duties. Thanks for your time.
If you were 'self employed' as a contractor then it will not count as Canadian work experience. If you're on their payroll then - not knowing anything at all about the skill level of the position or the length of time you worked there or even whether you had a work permit at the time - it will count. However, if your work experience letter doesn't contain any of the job duties, it will be refused.
