Hi all,

I got passport request from CPP Ottawa but due to change in status i add my spouse into the same file but my representative made a mistake he send my spouse file to Intek Office Nova Scotia instead of CPP Ottawa.

Any clue how should i deal with this situation?

Kindly need any guidance.

You can reply to the email and advise them that you had emailed CIO Sydney about the change in your status and that you need to add your spouse to application.

This may cause a delay in your application.

I think so it is correct as all the document has to be submitted at CIO and it will be processed there and then you will get the same process as you did for yours
