CPP-O Letter on IMM 5669 Please help

Hi I have received the letter from CPP-O.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature This must be received at this office by: xxxx


Hi My application was submitted prior to Jan 1 2013
So the IMM 5669 version submitted was (07-2011)E .


Now after Jan1 2013 the version is IMM 5669 (12-2012)

CPP-O has asked to send IMM 5669
So which version to fill and send??

Did CPP-O has asked anybody to send again for IMM 5669 after submitting?

of course you need to send the new version of the form IMM 5669 (12-2012) because its the recent one plus the older one does not exist anymore.
can you please share how long they have given you to send the new form and when your complete application was received by cic?

But version and the documents were different when I submitted !!!!!!!!!!!

Can I send Both versions so that they can keep whichever version they can take ?????

no only the new version,it does not matter which time you have submitted your application.
by the way i hate when people ask questions here,get help and then ignore to answer the questions asked.
why wouldn't you tell us how much time they gave you to submit the new form,its not that confidential of an information and it will only be a help for other forum members.
also why wouldn't you share your timeline.
if you are not cooperative,seek help somewhere else but not in this great forum that is served by great people.

Hi, I think their purpose is to find out about PAST one year detail of yours thats why they asked for fresh form.
