CPC Ottawa email

Hi guys,

It's been over 10 days since I mailed my passport. The return ticker hasn't been activated. Granted, I sent my passport only just before the new year holidays. wondering if there's a way to contact CPC via email?.

I think there may be an email address in the email you would of received once sponsorship was approved?

Where did you mail it from and how did you mail it? I sent stuff by Royal Mail track and trace from the UK to Canada and it took three weeks to get there - I just wonder if you are being premature to chase just yet!

Oops sorry forgot to clarify that crucial info. Within Canada. I sent via Canada Xpress post. Tracker shows that they received my passport the next day..

you won't receive notification that your passport was received. it can take 1-4 weeks for it to be returned from ottawa. IRCC really won't look into it until a specific amount of time passes since it was sent. you are still within the expected timeframe, so all that can be done now is to wait. you'll get it back soon enough.

Thank you.. I was hoping to make flagpoling based on this and before the weather gets too cold for me.. Guess I'd have to wait..
