I didn't have a specific reason. In my case, I said that it's been a long time that we didn't see eachother because of the COVID, and I couldn't take a lot of vacation in my work but his employer would give him few months because he understand our situation. They refused the TRV because they weren't convinced that he will go back to his country when the TRV will be expired .. usually it's always the same reason for those who get refused.

08 Jan 2021 - Medical instruction letter (re-medical as the previous expired in Nov 2020)
09 Jan 2021 - Spouse completed medical test and waiting for them to be uploaded.
11 Jan 2021 - ADR (Letter requesting to upload eMedical copy as proof of medical test)
13 Jan 2021 - I sent the eMedical document via email and webform
18 Jan 2021 - Update on account that the requested documents were successfully uploaded.
20 Jan 2021 - Ghost update Medical passed
21 Jan 2021 - We successfully received your document and on the account it says 'we are reviewing the additional documents you provided'
Fingers crossed for the final decision!

Thanks for the update! I have something similar. Same timeline as you...on January 4 it said in GCKey "we are reviewing the additional documents you provided." However, they never requested additional documents and the last document I sent uploaded was the CSQ letter back in July. Not sure exactly what they are reviewing...but hopefully it's good news that they're at least doing something.
Noticed DM on ECAS today. Does anyone have an idea on how long does it take to receive PPR email after DM?
