My wife just got her PreArrival letter. And our application moved back from Application Received to In Process in ECAS. I guess that means good news from CPCM. .

We still don't have DM yet but so far our timeline is:
Aug. 30, 2019 - Received by IRCC in Sydney, NS
Oct. 2, 2019 - AOR received from CIC
Dec. 2, 2019 - Sponsor Approved, Medical Request and Biometrics Request
Dec. 6, 2019 - Biometrics enrolled to application
Dec. 16, 2019 - Medical received by CIC
Nov. 22, 2020 - Pre Arrival

Country of PA is Philippines

My application is still in processing from last dec2019.....no updates

I think CPC M at present is really slow in processing for outland applicants compared with inlands

I hope so too! But i got my gcms notes recently and nothing has changed since the last ordered notes in July, except that the ACTIVITIES part is hidden(blank page written as non relevant). And I dont know what that means.
My file was transferred on 04.03.2020 to CPC M.
