CPC MISSISSAUGA or NAIROBI,KENYA (where she live) ?

hi everyone i am going to sponsor my wife she is living in kenya as a refugee. i send her all application form and .... here is my problem Appendix C it say " fill out this form and take it with you to your medical appointment." i know she have to fill all her information but i do not know what to put for question #3 visa office that will processing the file ......
do we have to write CPC MISSISSAUGA or NAIROBI,KENYA (where she live) ? thx and goodluck everybody

NOT Mississauga. They only process the sponsor's part there. After that the file is transferred to Kenya (or whatever visa post processes applications from Kenya ... I'm not sure).

WRITE nairobi kenya thats the visa office thst will process her visa. mine is in process im just crossing my fingers waiting
