Hi all

I guess some of you have seen my previous posts about not having a tracking confirmation that my package of apps have not yet arrived in Mississauga
I have send them on February the 7th so its now almost 18 days missing. I filed an search and locate with my Post office but I cant rely only on this. If this parcel is lost for good then we are done for. All our original proofs were included in there.

I need to contact Mississauga to know if they received the package but the only phone number is 1-888-242‑2100 number not reachable from my part of the world.
Anyone knows of a way to contact them by any means. Please people if you know of any direct phone ore email it will be greatly appreciated

Hey there,

try this number, it should be reachable from outside of Canada.

+ 1 - 613-944-4000 then press 1, for English, then press 2, then you'll get switched to CIC call center, then press 0 then press 2, and you'll be connected to an agent.

Try calling first thing in the morning for them, and if you speak a little french and can't get through after a couple of time, try going through the options in French. At the end, the agent should speak english anyway, but there are most likely less people going through the french line, so you might be able to connect.

Hi Sweden...Don't know what I am going to do without you! :)

I will definetelly give it a try. I bet it suits me because I can phone in at around 3 pm my time its about 8am there!
If anyone else have another idea or something more sure pls do not be shy!

I think it might be another week or so before Mississauga can help you. Assuming your package was received, it's sitting in their mail room right now along with thousands of other pieces of mail. They likely haven't logged your application in the system yet. You may have to wait until you're closer to the 21 day Mississauga processing time before they'll be able to confirm if your application is there or not. Go ahead and call tomorrow - but keep in mind that they might not be able to tell you yet.

Thanks and I know what you are saying is correct but you see if I wait another week the more distance I put between me and my parcel. If they are to confirm that they do not have it then at least I could try to search for it in other ways?
