Background:
I am on a work permit (which started in Febraury 2020).
Before that I was employed on a student visa (part-time for 20 hours during school (Feb 2019 - December 2019) and for 40 hours during scheduled breaks at school (June 2019- September 2019)).
I also worked from Feb 17th 2020 to March 16th 2020 Full-time for my old employer.
Questions:
1. Am I eligible for EI?
2. Am I eligible for Economic Response Plan benefits?
3. My SIN expired on March 20th 2020 and I was quarantining during that time so I could not visit Service Canada to renew it for my newly issued Work Permit).
4. If I am eligible for 1 or 2, I am guessing I would need to re-new my SIN?
