Have any of you written a cover letter to send with their application?
(Basically explaining who you are and why you qualify for a PR.)

Any experiences, ideas, advice on this?

Thanks

We did in our application, they don't ask for it but it's useful to explain who you are and give them more detail about your situation.

Hi

Unnecessary. Who you are and why you qualify for PR is clearly demonstrated in the app.

Hi....we did with our app.

4 pages with sub headings, very easy read for VO, that I am sure they appreciate.

Covered everything from wedding, to why we honeymooned 2yrs after, to reasons for past divorces.

Better to go a little in depth then to have them coming back with questions and waste time in my opinion.

Thank you for sharing your experience!

We are going to go with this since I think it outlines the info on the forms and makes it clearer.

Cheers!
