SUBJECT: APPLYING FOR THE STUDY PERMIT
With due respect, I have come to know that previously I have been refused that I am not a bona fide student. (write the reason why you are refused) But beside this, I have a legal educational background, financial support of my self and elder brother, passport number and national identity card number. I am a qualified having some experience in finance and accounting field. Moreover, it is my core desire to continue my higher studies from practical and research oriented environment like Canada. In Pakistan, there is extreme lake of practical and research oriented environment and tutors.
I have done (Mention previous qualification) from (mention previous college or university name), where I have studied different subjects of finance, accounting and management. According to “Canada’s Immigration & Refugee Protection Act and Regulation” I here declare that my nature of stay is bona fide and my purpose of visit is temporary for the period authorized for my stay in Canada for xyz course. There are many reasons that I will leave Canada after the end of period authorized for my studies. Firstly,…... Secondly,…… Finally, I will not contrivance the condition of admission to Canada & I don’t belong in a category of persons inadmissible to Canada under the Act.
I prepared some new documents in support of my new case for study permit, which will hopefully satisfy you that I am a bona fide and genuine student (write the reason why you are refused). I hope, I shall be given a chance to grant a study permit to continue my higher studies from practical and research oriented environment.
