I am unable to show CAD 45,000 in my bank account right now to get the student visa. So, will my first cousin be able to sponsor for my masters or diploma? He is a Citizen of Australia and have enough income to cover my tuition fees. Please help here.

I want to try in Saskatchewan Polytechnic and the subject I found suitable for me costs CAD 43,000 [2.5 years]. As I heard If I show my own or parent's bank statement, I have to show full tuition fees or at least near that amount.
You only need to show 1 year tuition + 10,000 Living expenses + 3-5000 for other expenses.
Plus you should show some reasonable way how the rest is going to be attained so a letter of support from parent or something should be enough.

1 year fee is 17,000+10,000+5000 = 32,000 CAD, it is also huge for me. I think I can show 20,000 CAD. That is why I was thinking about showing a sponsor. Is it possible to get visa if I show my cousin as a sponsor? Will I get rejected If I show someone other than first blood relative?

You can be sponsored by anyone but the further you go from immediate family the harder it will be to prove that this is a genuine sponsorship. Also look at the paper based requirements for your country they usually spell out the required proof for sponsorship.
