Course duration

1. I got an admit in Alberta university and the course duration is mentioned like 1 to 3 years in my offer letter. So, can I do the course in 2 year duration to get 3Y PGWP?
2. Also can I pay the tuition fee without taking banking loan without having to show the Income Tax to it?

1. You must be a full-time student for pgwp. If it is a 1 year masters course you will be only given credit for the 1 year. Not sure how you would drag out a 1 year masters course into 2 years without going part-time.
