Hello , I am from India i had applied for Study permit on March 18 2021, till date(28 June) its still showing under process, and i had applied for advanced diploma course but i have changed my course to Diploma. Can i request Canadian Immigration to update my porgram change from advance to Normal diploma?
My new program is for Jan intake 2022.

I'd say withdraw the application (if reviewing eligibility hasn't started yet you might even get refund)... because the underlying program is the main substance of the SP application, if you change that then there's no point in keeping that application open. You can see the ways of withdrawing (sorry I am not aware of the procedures, google that or search in this forum). There's lots of time for you now that it is Jan 22 intake to apply afresh with a detailed SOP also mentioning in brief about the change of mind and the rest as usual. You haven't mentioned the names of the program - old and new one?

My old program was Computer engineering technology and the new one is Broadcasting Television .
That's a different program. I'd still suggest withdraw that application. You might have to answer 'Yes' to the question in IMM1294 in next application where it asks whether you have applied to enter or remain in Canada next time you appply. Write that you later withdrew the application because you changed the intended program.
