What is the next step/course after completing one year post graduate certificate in advanced professional accounting from York university to secure 3 year visa as int. students only get 1 year work permit after 1 yr course . please guide on whether such course would ultimately leads to pr as well?

First note it is not polite to write a post in either capitals or bold writing given that can seem you are shouting, maybe you are.
You would need to attend another one year course in order to qualify for a 3 year PGWP as per rule in below link.. The more Canadian work experience you can gain the better for any PR application hence a 3 year PGWP increases your odds provided any work is classified as NOC 0, A or B.
