Some couples trying with their real siblings to sponsor to get 10 year tourist Visa and further get pregnant during that time so child gets citizenship.
On basis of child couples trying to apply for PR.
Secondly, during this visa time also trying to get job while being in Canada by paying Canadian Dollars to get valid job offer.
MY QUESTION IS:-
Can any young couple get 10 year multiple tourist Visa on basis of sponsorship of their real sibling who has PR in Canada. Further if YES, why Canada allows them to give birth to a child in Canada on tourist Visa
If anyhow someone manages to get Paid Job offer while being in Canada, Do that person needs to apply with all process of PR. If his/her education not in NOC Code, can that person gets still PR while working in Canada??
Isn't this illegal and Why Canada has no control over this kind of things happening that people try to get PR in other ways and many skilled people hang on like it with no sibling residing in Canada?
