Folks

Please let me know what you guys think about these queries:

1. This is the section name "Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required)" for passports, but it's description says "You must submit a legible copy of your valid travel document which you will use to travel."

My question: I have held one other passport before, don't they need a copy of that? because they are asking only a document which I ll use to travel but section name says multiple passport copies required.

2. I have applied in category 2174 and I do have more than 3 years of experience in that, but my other work experience includes work in 2173 also from sep-2008 - jun-2011. Now, I do have work experience letter from that 2173 company but that does not tell my salary and number of hours I worked, so what should I do? Can I submit whatever I have because this is 2173 and is irrelevant anyways or should I get another work experience letter from that company?

Can anybody tell me any IRCC id where I can drop an email or phone number to call?

Thanks in advance.

1. That 'multiple' applies to those applicants who have more than 1 citizenship. If that's not the case with you, simply upload bio pages of your valid passport.

2. Move that 2173 job to Personal history, you wont be asked for any documents.

I current have 2 expired and 1 valid Passport from my Home country ( I have used these 3 passport to travel for the past 10 years )

Which one should I upload the biopage of? All 3 or just the currently Valid one?

Do I need to scan Every Page from my 3 passports that has travel stamps? Or just from my current passport?

Only current and valid passport is required.

Let's say I have traveled to 3 countries on my previously expired Passport, but I am only required to upload my current passport. Does that mean that I wouldn't need to UPLOAD the pages (of my expired passport) with the stamp from those 3 countries?

Unless you find a section where IRCC explicitly asks for such information, No.

Thanks Asivad Anac & DelPiero07

I have a Canadian RBC Bank Account, which I am using to store my fund and to show to IRCC . (more than the Min. Requirement)

I am currently outside of Canada. What should I do?
you must provide an official letter issued by your financial institution indicating your financial profile

Are Bank Statements Good enough?

Since the bank that I used is the Royal Bank of Canada, IRCC shouldn't have a problem to verify my fund?

Either a bank letter which showcases 6 months average balance and current balance or 6 months of bank statements. Whichever you choose, get it signed/stamped by someone at the bank.

Additionally, be prepared to prove source of funds for any 'suspiciously' large credit transactions within the last 6 months.

I am not in Canada right now. I probably wouldn't be able to get my bank Statements signed by the Royal Bank of Canada.

What do you suggest me to do?

hi
I had uploaded all the documents after ITA but did not submit the application as there was an error in my wife's police certificate. however i received the corrected certificate now and when i opened my profile to upload the documents, my uploaded documents have disappeared and my education history is showing incomplete. My post graduation was under the" two or more degrees, diplomas,.." option but now that option is also missing. The last day to submit my profile is 19th december. I have sent them a mail describing it under the technical error tab. Has anyone experienced the same? please help

Members have reported refusal for submitting online statements that weren't signed/stamped. If there's no other way, you should add an LOE highlighting your inability to get duly signed paper statements from the bank as you're not in Canada and hope for the best.

Try filling up the post ITA application again, there were changes introduced in the recent past to Education section. You'll have to now choose equivalence for every educational credential individually and the system allots you points accordingly.

Dont wait for a response from the technical team, you're running out of time. Unless you're sure of getting an ITA again, proceed with this application submission.

By "refusal", did you mean the PR application was refused entirely :o? or it's just the "Proof of Means of Financial Support" part of the Doc is refused , and required re-submission?

It was refused entirely for providing e-bank statements with no stamps.
