Country of residence selection

Hey guys, I really appreciate any help here. I am currently residing in the US and just got ITA two weeks ago. However, there is a chance that I won't be able to stay in the US after September (but there's also a chance that l may). Under this circumstance, should I say my country of residence is US or my home country? If I list US in my application now, can I change it after I submit my files?

You can specify US address for now and when you move you can raise a CSE to specify your new address. This might affect your application as well since your visa office might change and final decision might get delayed.
