Your question was something like: how can the statistics for CEC applications received in the year ending June 30, 2013, show that a certain number of cases were approved and refused, when some people from that cohort have not received their MR yet.

I believe the answer is: because those statistics show the applications processed in that year, not applications received in that year.

i have great good experience with provincial governments, now time for cic.

It's a new system. CIC staff will have to adapt to the new changes and so do we
