There's no need to be worried at all, that's far from reaching the 12,000 target and far from hitting any sub-cap.

Any way the exponential growth shows how many persons like me are taking time to apply. It will settle down after 1 or 2 months.

Even it reaches 1000 or 1500 for the first month it takes at least 9 months to fill 12000. People with subcap has to worry that too top 10 sub caps.
