Counterfoil in gckey account

I sent passports to NDVO after PPR on 16 april.On 20 april my gcKey account updated with the document status which mentioned the counterfoil of travel document with the expiry date of my medical and also with the passport number. Is that mean the visa is stamped?If yes then how much time they will take to dispatch passport?

It could take some days, 1 week....it depends on VO......its case bay case......its a wait game....relax.....over soon.
