I had Open Work Permit and 2 years and 7 months full-time employed, my job title was “Quality Control Clerk” in Electronic Company, and they repairs games, computers, laptops and sell electronics parts. I would like to know if I can apply for Canadian Experience Class, but I not sure if my position is in the categories, Could I apply?.

I would appreciate your help.

Regards.

Your first step is to match the job title and duties with requirements of Immigration Canada in regards to qualify the job you currently have.

Please check your NOC (matching your job title and duties with immigration requirement.

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/html/Matrix.html

It may or may not be exact job title but the duties and responsibilities should be a close match.
Once you confirm your NOC Code you are then to study for ILETS Exam.

depends on your job duties. It's not clear from your job title what your responsibilities/duties were. Not sure what a quality control "clerk" does. "clerk" usually implies a lower skilled job, not eligible for CEC.

If you were a quality control technician, that would be eligible.

sounds like though your job role says clerk, it is more of a QA technician role. It is important you go through all NOC categories and identify what fits your role most.
And from then on what can help is an employment letter that suggests what you had done during your 2+ years of experience.

When you receive your main duties/responsibilities, consider sending it to HRSDC by email at noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca and ask what the NOC code is.
I don't know whether code 2242" Electronic service technicians (household and business equipment)" is consistent with your job, but you can take a look.
