For accompanying Spouse

Here, IELTS fees are approximate, as it will vary little bit from country to country.However, please keep in mind that, your reattempts to IELTS can add to this cost, so be prepared before applying to the IELTS. .Moreover, In case of PNP some province do charge PNP fees( #ONIP- $1500, # SINP-$300, #PEI PNP- $300, # NBPNP-$250). What is more, if you have sufficient CRS (441 or more) by our own, then you can avoid your spouse IELTS and ECA.

That sounds about right. I think the whole process cost me about 1800 USD.

You forgot medical exam costs, PCC costs, Costs for sending and receiving your passport after PPR etc. There are some other miscellaneous costs that can add up. It depends a lot upon your location, education, work, travel history etc.
