Cost of duplicate ECA

Hi freinds
I was preparing the nomination package for Ontario and my consultant told me that the cost of ECA should be $30.But when I tried to order a duplicate copy the WES site shows a cost of approx $75.

Am i doing something wrong.

The duplicate soft copy package is 30 dollars when you ask for hard copy you need to pay 30 dollars more plus tax etc and delivery charges , it will be around 75 dollars.

I guess so, I am not sure about it though. I remember seeing in this forum saying that we need to order a copy and deliver it to Ontario.
So it will be good to do it.
